It's November 23rd, marks the end of my Industrial Attachments!

I hereby say Sayonara to Adidas! *blows a flying kiss*

Thanks for the opportunity given, I'll apply what I've learn in my future jobs! I had fun, although the first few weeks was hell, but towards the end when you get to know your colleagues better, its just plain fun! Lastly its a MUST to thank my supervisors, store-in-charge and those crazy colleagues. This attachment really helped my gain industrial exposure in RETAIL and it is one of the interesting chapter in my life.

Also not forgetting that Pamela taught me the term 'Retail is Detail' which is very true, not every individual has what it takes for Retail. It's an ART. Alright, enough of reflections, its time to get some sleep. Gonna go shopping tomorrow with my mum!

This coming Tuesday I'll be back in Eng Wah! So excited!

Nights.

Started the day off with Suki Sushi Buffet, Everything’s good and rocking! There’s nothing much to pinpoint about, just satisfied. After the good food, we went to meet Desmond then we bought a wallet from Forever 21 for Samantha! Hope she loves it!

To sum up, It's a super fun BONDING DAY. I love my friends, hope they love me too xD! Good food + Great people always makes up to GREAT FUN!

11:48 PM

Happy 18th birthday Samantha!

She came to my workplace the other day and we had dinner together! The following pictures are taken from her new and HOT looking phone. Enjoy!

The ‘new A, B shift system’ started today, and 4 people were late for work including me. Asshole, it’s so difficult to board any bus/train during the non-peak hours! The average waiting time for North East Line from Dhoby Gaut was like 8 – 12 minutes? Totally crap! As a result of this, I got nagged like crazy today. Well, on the happier part, Desmond is working the same shift as me and we got both our break time together[quite rare]. We shared money for dinner and bought some pastry and breads worth of $7. Super bloated after the hardcore dinner and we managed to save money!

Will go for buffet with Desmond this Wednesday! Looking forward! 4 more working days to go! I know it'll be fast!

Work was havoc [in a nice way] today! Had lots of fun whenever I get to work with Desmond! So I would like to introduce a new piece of shit we found.

Size UK 19 shoe.

DON’T BLINK YOUR EYES, CLICK THE FOLLOWING PICTURES TO ENLARGE.

I'm putting it beside my current shoe. LOOK!

I'm wearing it! Both of us kept laughing! It's like cosplaying Ronald McDonald's!

Now putting the crap next to my face!

Woah~ I realize what 'IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING' means now. Had a super fun day! take care~

12:36 AM

Fuck! to hell with the company! It’d been just 2 days I came back from my OFF days and when I went back to work today, plain havoc! How you guys could change the roster without even informing us in advanced or something? Though this is whatever ‘new system’ in the store, but I find that is super dumb. I don’t think the situation is ever going to improve.

Okay just an introduction; there are 3 shifts before the change.
Morning; 9.30am - 5.30pm
Afternoon; 2.30pm – 10.30pm
Full; 9.30am – 10.30pm

Now after the change it had amazingly transformed into
Shift A; 9.30am – 8pm
Shift B; 12pm – 10.30pm

Yeah, idiots also can tell that full shift had been removed! Though it may take the management to make the slight changes, but it does make a fucking big difference to us! Well, on the roster, my last day of work; November 23, is a morning shift. After the ‘slight’ change now, I’m Shift B, which goes to show that I actually can go off at 5.30pm but now I only can go off after 10.30pm. Now you can see the BIG difference? I’m just so disappointed.

Back from fun!

Okay, before I start off, I shall just briefly describe that yesterday was rather unlucky as first half of the day did not went well for us.

We met up at 1230pm at Plaza Singapura, we went up to 老北京食堂 [LAO BEIJING RESTAURANT] and we were told that the buffet starts at 3pm, well it was drizzling but we decided to kill time by walking around town.

First stop to The Heeren, to visit Limyi! Catch up with him a little then went over to Cineleisure Orchard to visit Shuhui! She’s still so funny and cute~ I miss the days when we use to see each other in school every day. Chilled at her shop until 2.30pm, took a bus back to Plaza Singapura, to our surprise, the queue at LAO BEIJING RESTAURANT was crazy! We were ‘late’ because we didn’t expect that there will be such a big crowd on a weekday, so we were asked to share the table with 3 other person.

Yeah clock struck 3pm, everyone was ushered to their seats, and some typical did not even settled down and rush for the food first! Was pissed off as the food that are labeled ‘self service’ in the menu were all being TAKEN within the first 10 minutes, worst part was we thought that the restaurant will replenish the food, but seems like no avail. On the other hand, the 3 person that shared the table with us were very friendly, well, they also thought that service in the restaurant could be improved. So the buffet started at 3pm, we left around 420pm, the shortest buffet ever. It’s not that we were FULL already, even if we want more food; they are not going to replenish! This doesn’t even feel like buffet at all! To me, a buffet is a meal with no limitations of food and also consistent replenishment. In other words, ‘eat all you can’ style, this was totally the opposite. More like a ‘early bird gets to eat more contest’. Arghh!

Food was just mediocre; nothing impresses me so much that I got to blog particularly. So these are the pictures taken;

Bill was $13.50 per pax. Lesson learnt today was Food that is featured in local food shows may not be fantastic! Was disappointed nevertheless, you guys can still try it if you're dying for some Chinese Dim Sum!

Service: 2.5/5
Ambience: 3/5
Food: 3/5

OVERALL: 8.5/15

------

Took bus to our usual hangout, Suntec City/Marina Square, surprise visit Fiona! So good to see her, she shared some product knowledge with us. I didn’t know that Israel Swarovski Crystal is ugly and super expensive! Slack in Suntec City’s Coffee Bean and went home at 10pm.

Here are the rest of the photos;

Yesterday was fun despite some disappointments. Well, will definitely meet up with her again as O's was officially over. I'm gonna prepare for work now. Just a few days more and I'll be back in Eng Wah Cinemas!

7:08 PM

Back to school for my presentation today, met Nicole and Maythida at Café 1, had our lunch! Finally I get to eat my favorite Fried Sliced Fish Soup! Still as delicious! After lunch, met Miss Angeline Tan at the staff room and proceed to an empty class for the presentation. It was very successful! I’m satisfied with all the efforts I put into this report and presentation.

Took a bus to Tampines Mall, window shopped for awhile and went off separate ways. Today was just fun, we’re just sharing those funny/fuck up moments we encountered. Looks like everyone’s had their own problems, retail line are always so harsh and demanding. It’s not an easy job where any tom , dick or harry can perform. Well, anyway we got back our class photos! Shall scan them in if I have time to install my damn HP 3-in-1 printer; I'm just so lazy to install it ever since I reformatted my computer last month.

The photos we took today;

Excited, I'm meeting Mabel tomorrow! Woohoo~ can't wait. Do check back for my next post! [Just a hint, there will be good FOOD.]

I received many encouragements and blessings even in text messages, so thoughtful of you guys. Though it may be just a short/simple message but I think that doesn’t matter. At least I know that you care! I’m happy again! I have to carry on, it has been shortened to 8 more working days before it ends.

Featuring, Desmond, the guy who always kill time with me during work.

Desmond is just so funny!

I don't feel lonely whenever we work in the same shift. Yeah, we never fail to entertain each other with new jokes! Super funny!!!

1 Box of Microbounce = Blackout
1 Row of Microbounce = Funeral

Well, I doubt anyone understands. Only, me and Desmond!

Going back school for presentation tomorrow, maybe meeting Samantha after that. Have a good night rest!
