Ishi Lau Gek How, a member of the hip-hop dance group SOUL who shot to fame in Channel U’s SuperBand , was found dead in a car yesterday afternoon outside the National Stadium. The actual cause of death is still unknown, although the rumour now is that the 25-year-old committed suicide. The paper reported that a Bangladeshi worker had seen the car parked in the soon-to-be-demolished National Stadium carpark since 8am yesterday. Thinking the man inside was sleeping, he let him be. But when the worker saw the man in the car again at 2pm, he alerted his supervisor. Puddles of vomit were splattered on the parking lot next to the car. Another man claimed that he had seen the Toyota in the area before, recognizing it because of its unique car license plate number.
The Police has classified it as unnatural death.
News of Ishi’s death, released by the Police this morning, has left many people in extreme shock, not least the MediaCorp staff who knew the young and ever-so-lively Ishi from working with him in SuperBand . -above source from Mediacorp

i just got home . i shall update now ~
the youth day concert in school was super nice ! our teachers were talented , was so entertained after the concert =) . super HIGH ! had CARNIVAL in school as usual , whole school went a little chaotic , stayed in class most of the time catching up with pamela and steph . took my english oral with mdm ho , i think i did well . conversation was damn easy , something got to do with music and band . i just gave her all my facts and was quite satisfied with it !
after school , miss ophelia chong bought a cake for the band members[in conjunction with youth day] . i didnt eat , but THANK YOU SO MUCH for buying ! lunch with agnes , xinhui and walter at pastamania ! good food , cheap [30% student discount] and filling . simply loves it =) . took a bus back to school and get ready for NUTS ABT ARTS , changed into uniform and moved to the hall . it was really warm when the curtains are closed , with lots of people at the backstage . event started , after we've perform , we went for light dinner that the school had provided and went back to the hall to watch the rest of the performance . this year's event is much better ! daphne khoo was here to perform with her ngee ann polytechnic dance club , as well as ex whitleyan , levin ng and also guest rock band .
concert ended , packed our stuffs and had supper at the coffeeshop with dickson , terence , walter , grace and marie . had a fun time ~!

yunlin is so sick today . GET WELL SOON !
nothing much happened in class , except that we were given our entry proof for 'N' level , everything is like so fast ! anyway , i've updated the exams dates on my blog , it will serve as an reminder for myself and those people who are taking this exam ! assembly today was quite horrible . but we entertained ourselves by reading magazines in the hall until its over , feel a little rude =X .
after school dismissal , had a quick lunch and attended band practice , got an announcement from the OM[operation manager] saying that we cant practice at lower secondary block as 'O's english oral exam is going on . then , we moved our instruments[includes percussion] from band room to the upper secondary block ! freaking heavy , but we laughed all the way while carrying a TIMPANI ! break for sectionals after that , did a lot of tuning and intonation checks for my section , i guess we'll pull it through tomorrow !
yes ! tomorrow is the big day ! NUTS ABT ARTS cum YOUTH DAY cum CARNIVAL =) . its a day of PLAY ! but im taking mdm ho's oral tomorrow to prepare myself for next week , hopefully i will do a good job ! also im looking forward to see my montfort friends that are coming to this event ! thank you so much for supporting ~

new look !
had nutz abt artz[annual school concert] rehearsal in school today , our item was totally screwed up ! also , this is one of the worst time you'll hear whitley band on stage , quite embarrassing though ! well , i hope on the actual day , we will play like a sliver band instead of the shits we performed today . people , please come for nutz abt artz , this event is to help needy students to raise funds and guess what ? this year , there are a total of 21 items to be presented on the concert which includes dance groups from NUS etc. its happening this friday , 29th june from noon til late . there is a carnival going on in the afternoon until CONCERT which will commence in the evening .
after rehearsal wanted to have lunch at pastamania but in the end didn't , the usual band clique has something on . went home and update my blog instead ! im so damn hungry now , MUM PLEASE COME HOME AND PREPARE DINNER , I NEED YOU !

On June 25, 2007, Benoit was found dead in his home in Fayetteville, Georgia, along with his wife, Nancy Daus, and his 7-year old son, Daniel . Benoit failed to appear both at Saturday’s live event in Beaumont, Tx., and WWE’s Vengeance: Night of Champions in Houston Sunday night, after informing WWE of a family emergency.
WAGA, a FOX-owned and operated television station in Atlanta, reported that investigators believe Benoit killed his wife and 7-year-old son over the weekend, then himself on Monday.
The three bodies have been received by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s crime lab, in Decatur, Ga., where autopsies will be performed Tuesday morning. Toxicology reports will not become available for at least two weeks.

my 2nd day in school or rather 1st day was not bad . last night , it rained so heavily , damn cold ! reached school in the morning hoping that there was no morning assembly as the floor is wet , but everyone was quite pissed that morning assembly will carry on as usual ! yeah so they did all the strict appearance check again , such a turn off ! yeah i passed the check , a little sad that my tail is gone . after school , headed home straight instead of attending band practice , as my sister ordered a new cupboard and it will be delivered to home . no one was at home !

how nice ?! first day of school and i was one of the 300[estimate] students being sent home for my long hair , specifically by miss christine chong , FRINGE and BACK ! i don't know what the school is thinking , seriously ... will our hairstyle/hair length affect our academical results ? im pretty disappointed with the newly introduced school rules , if our school is so well known for our lack of discipline , i think its a little too late to make changes to it now . i shouldn't have went to school today , make me feel so excited to see my friends , in the end also being sent home . totally WASTE MY TIME !

stayed at home the whole day , only went out to buy snickers at night . was on the phone with mabel , basically playing audition for 3/4 of the day ? looks like i've wasted this holiday ! starting to feel guilty and worried now . but whatever , we'll see how it goes ~ clock pass twelve , last day of school holiday , excited ? sad ? even if you have wasted your holidays , we can't turn back time . its going to be OVER !

movie marathon was great yesterday !
watched 3 movies , poseidon , s.w.a.t and the incredibles . dinner was sandwiches , nice =) reached home around 11pm , went online awhile then ate rice dumpling !

today !
woke up at 11am , came online but there was hardly anyone that i can talk to , so went into audition . also , none of my contact were in game so i played with a few strangers . overall didn't lose much , and i think i've improved ! jiawen came to my house after work , me and my sis got ready and went out to junction 8 to meet vala .
yeah so we had pastamania for lunch , as i wrote on my previous post that i have cravings for it ! yeah i'm that kind of person that will get what i want ! anyway saw campus superstars finalists shawn , zijie and huixian there too . well , lunch was great , it tasted as good as before =)
SATISFIED !
after lunch , cross over to secret recipe for 'high tea' . a drink with any cake cost only $5.90 , cheap and worth it ! we managed to get the sofa seats , and the cake tasted heavenly ~ so all of us ordered 4 different flavors , marshmallow chocolate , chocolate moist , chocolate banana and royal chocolate . all 4 taste nice =) loves it !

guess what ?
i went to see a doctor right after my previous post . the doctor prescribed 4 types of medicine to me , which includes fever , runny nose , cough and sore throat . the medicine causes drowsiness ! every time after i'd took it , i will feel like im in dreamland . but when i start to sleep , i will think that 'what if the vice principal call again ?' . but anyway , thanks to the medicine , im feeling much better now ! my sis will be back from church camp today =) can't wait to see her later ~ somewhere next week , we're gonna dine at pastamania ! suddenly have cravings for it , !
as for the rest of today , i'll be gaming and sleeping .

head committee 2006 - 2007 officially step down today .
well , the above picture was taken somewhere last year , when this batch of committee was just formed . this is one of the very few time we took a picture together ! many many memories flashed back , remembering we are totally clueless about what to do and how to organize events for band members . but through struggling , we've managed to plan a very successful appreciation nite[our first project] , secondary one orientation[drawing lots of posters , folding paper hearts !] , secondary one bonding camp [the one which our committee was starting to feel not united] , and organize a few band exchange and not forgetting we also had a few indoor , outdoor performances together ! time really flies , and all of them had their last time wearing whitley concert band's uniform , standing together as one band .
i will definitely miss them ! alright , we started our friendship since secondary one , now they had to leave me and xinhui alone =( . had a really fun time working with them all this while , but no choice , had to accept reality that friends graduates and lead their own life after a certain period of time . i always feel down when my friends in band graduates , well its true that every year there will be new faces but i couldn't really click with the newer batch , but im trying my best =)

overslept today ~
woke up at 8.15am[this was the time i wanted to meet guixiang at braddell !] but its okay , i received her sms saying that she just wake up too . so we extended the meeting time to 9am instead . band was horribly boring ! we were doing chorales , tonguing exercises from 9am - 12pm ? i hate it =( . after band , the post were revealed but im not going to post it official today .
took bus with marie , i alighted earlier as i need to send scores that were needed for the camp tomorrow for printing . i don't know why but there is always last minute things for me to do !
after sending scores for photocopying , walked to toa payoh mrt station , bought a new copy of 8 days as felicia chin was on the cover and huang yi da latest album ! a local rocker like him is great , his music is quite wild =) pictures below !

yesterday evening went to witness amkss band passing out parade =)
i love it ! good music with good drills . didn't stay throughout as we went to a birthday house party . feel awkward as it was my first time seeing that birthday girl =( . but overall still fun , was watching xian neng , delwyn , jia rong , marc and yong sheng play mahjong all the time . don't care , i must learn it some day ! after party , i didn't join them for midnight movie at town , went home and play game instead ! slept at 5am .

happy . its time to update =) !
nowadays i couldn't really sleep at night , will only turn in at 4 am . yeah i know its quite horrible , but no choice . this weekend is going to be so boring ! but its okay , must persevere , LIFE GOES ON ! yesterday afternoon , went to amk central with my sister . bought a mathematics 'N' level book that complied exam papers from 1997 - 2006 , and also bought a combined humanities notes and key points on how to attempt exam question . hopefully after practicing and reading these 2 books , i'll improve !
also went to NTUCxtra and bought 6 cans of 'Anything' and 'Whatever' [3 cans each] . i like the advertisement for this drink , it says 'don't leave anything behind , whatever you need is here' and just as the name goes , its whatever you'll drink and it also could be anything .
also bought a BIG 2 LITRE coca cola ! loves it to the max ! okay went home after that . was browsing through some website and found this super cool video , i'm so damn shock to see this guy paints everything with adobe photoshop ! totally amazed , must watch !

MRS FONG : its time to wake up from dreamland isn't it ? what did you do last night ? what time did you sleep ?
me : erm .. i went out , slept at 12 plus[i bluffed her , actually i did not went out , i played game til 3am]
MRS FONG : what ? you slept at 12 plus , its 3pm now , you have slept more than 12 hours . its not veh right leh khristopher ! anyway so how was revision going on ?
me : i got read abit la [still veh grumpy]
MRS FONG : HUH ?! got read only ? not enough ya ? as you know this is already the mark of half the june holidays , when school re open N level will be nearing .

2nd JUNE :
after my dismissal from the day camp , went for lunch with dickson , ray , agnes , marie and walter . terrence joined us later , went to braddell control station to chat . when its getting boring , we started to fantasize that we were in maplestory , its super super funny ! split up , and went off . i took train to novena to meet grace and chris , walked to youthpark . djrock competition just started , didn't miss much . overall it was nice =) streetfest`07 ~ WOOHOO !
5th JUNE :
woke up early , met valerie and gerksin with my sis at ang mo kio 'drive thru' mcd . had breakfast , waited for my sis to edit her church tee shirt stuffs and took a cab to bukit merah central to send the shirt design for printing . this place was very ulu ! but guess what ~ shirt printing was super cheap ! as low as $7.50 per shirt [with minimum of 80pieces] .
lots of printed shirts , including ngee ann polytechnic dragon boat team , NUS science camp , lots of class tee-shirts and more . big big projects ~
lunched at KFC and took bus home and watch campus superstar .

5th JUNE :
went out with my sis again , met valerie at sumo house . after lunch , shopped at amk hub bought spicy fries , mochi ice cream and magazines home . brother reformatted my haywire com , things not lost , i still have my jrock stuffs =) . now its much faster ! so for the past few day , i'd been going out with my sister , as my com is really not functioning , sad ! i updated my blog while i re download my audition game client , okay i'm gonna play now !
