today was fun . actually , after being a band member for more than 3 years , i find that exchange are always nicer than performance in school or annual concerts . one thing good about exchange is we can meet new friends that are all into band music =) . montfortians are nice bunch of people , flute and double reeds rocks ! we had 2 run through today , thats equivalent to playing 4 songs in 1 hour . both bands played fairly well , nothing much to comment . after exchange , pack instrument and train-ed to yio chu kang to have my lunch , i love the sun . i don't know why , i just love the warmth the sun produce[exclude humidity] . had lemon chicken cutlet rice and a bowl of ice jelly cocktail , super nice ! headed for tuition after that .
after tuition , rushed home . wanted to sleep so badly , but once i came online , i couldn't sleep . weird , so i continued chatting until now ! i think i'm gonna fall asleep soon . before i stop , there is one more event that i really looked forward to ! 7th april 2007 ; band exchange with 10 schools held at maris stella . i can't wait to meet new people =) , and yeah montfortians will be there too ! what a week , tomorrow will be my sleeping day . those who attempt to wake me up shall get skinned alive !

after school today , took bus home . debbie and pearline tan was in the same bus too , they are funny ! reached home , check my daily stuffs , bathed and trained to bugis icon . long time never go bugis , the feeling was so different , i partially forgotten the place . went up to nora's shop , yumi was there painting shoes , didn't know that she works there . bought my slip on shoes and traveled to amkhub to meet xian neng , suet theng and weiting . lunch or rather dinner at mcd , walk around looking for their stuffs and bus-ed to toa payoh , the journey kills[super jammed at raffles institution area] ! saw willys =) ~
walk around toa payoh central and went separate ways .
spending time with friends is really much better than spending time on computer !

alright i'm down with food poisoning .
this is what happened :
i was hungry yesterday afternoon , i took out 4 hot dogs from the freezer to defrost , i defrost for 10 minutes by soaking into the water . put into the toaster to toast , had 4 of these dogs with bread and went to sleep . woke up , shit like *&$#*(&$ . told my mum , she said NEVER defrost hot dogs for 10 minutes , they need to be defrost for around 1 hours plus until its totally soft[able to wriggle] . yeah , i'm gonna learn from my mistake ! drank some chinese powdery SUPER BITTER medicine and went to sleep .
so i didn't go to school today . yeah ! im recovering !
well , chinese medicine is heavenly , although it doesn't taste nice at all .
i have a cravings for slip on shoes now , gonna get a pair by this week =) !
staying home today listening to jrock !

i feel like blogging .
okay whatever , these few days i'm doing well but not very well as little 'misunderstandings' took place . learnt some important lessons after this incident , feel happy after everything is over =) . as usual , im still as busy , thanks to band practices ! nowadays sukit got pretty bad mood swings , he will scold us over small things and throw tantrums . anyway SYF date is fixed , we are quite unlucky , its on last day of all bands . band number 148[second last number in all participating bands] . there is nothing to change about it , we just just plain unlucky , but its okay ! just a few more days and we will get over and done with .
i'm don't know why i'm feeling so tired every time i got home recently . its like so damn tired , but i didn't really sleep , i came online and stuffs . therefore its kinda hard to wake up in the morning , alright , i shall not torture myself from today onwards , when im tired i will just sleep . no more computers for me =) !
tomorrow is last day of the week ! so damn happy , its a short day . i love weekends , get to hangout with my friends and also sleep freely and undisturbed at home ! this saturday might be going out with allip and friends , his birthday is on a sunday , therefore we should be watching "mr bean's holiday" . im looking forward to weekends ! simply can't wait ~

just woke up after being disturbed by weiting's sms .
i shall update !!
YESTERDAY :
went to ang mo kio secondary band's joint mini concert with xinmin secondary and commonwealth secondary . the theory part was damn boring as im treated like a 16 year old parent =( . mr brando tan covered a lot of irrelevant topics like 'why band needs so much commitment ?' , 'why band is the cca to join ?' , 'how does the communication system work in band ?' , 'what is team work ?' ... ... yeah and it goes on and on by expanding more and more questions . concert started , all three bands did a good job i guess . hopefully all will maintain the gold or even achieve gold with honors award . after the concert , went home and slack . came online chatted with weiting and xian neng , time pass so slow and im lazy to type . decided to meet up at ang mo kio to chit chat , delwyn tagged along too . 4 of us sat under the mrt platform and laughed like crazy , thanks to the mosquito incident that xian neng was telling =) . got bored and we surprise visited liwen's house , guess what ? when we were outside her house , she was at yishun ! unlucky us !
walked back to central stage and slack instead . after receiving liwen's invitation to go to her house downstairs , we left ang mo kio central and walked to her house again . we stayed there for around 20 minutes and went home . well , i guess that was the last outing for me before term 2 starts . thanks for spending yesterday with me =) loves it ! you guys fucking hell rocks ~
today was my 'sleeping day' as planned . no intentions to go out , but maybe will walk around my neighborhood later . school is re opening tomorrow , i got no sighs and yeahs over it . its like the same old routine over and over again for another 10 weeks or so ? but it will not be boring and dry as FRIENDS KEEP ME ALIVE !

i didn't pass campus superstar auditions .
BUT... i will still like to thank people who are there to support me in one way or another !
i did felt disappointed but thinking back , there are many more things i could try .
no point getting my dreams shattered thanks to this audition . currently , looking for band
who are recruiting vocalist , be it chinese rock or japanese rock !

back to blog .
was at east coast park yesterday with valerie and sis . bus trip there was long , but convenient . we had botak jones[took away from ang mo kio to east coast] by the shore , loves it ! after our heavy lunch , slacked around and took photos . next , we rent bikes to cycle ! the weather was nice at first , suddenly it started to drizzle . stop over at a shelter until it stops , continue cycling , and it drizzle again ~ but we continue cycling =) . guess what ? 45 minutes later , it started to POUR while we were cycling back to return our bikes . got ourselves drenched , dried ourselves at mcd and bought oreo cheesecake and chocolate raspberry diva for light snack . first time try , tasted not bad actually . i prefer oreo cheesecake to chocolate raspberry diva .
left east coast and traveled to thomson road's prata cafe . had kambing soup , 1 plain and 1 egg prata . super nice ~ , went home after that . super tiring day . pictures are posted below :

today :
woke up at 10am , came online as usual . went back to sleep again , got an invitation from roy asking me to join them for dinner , accepted it and took bus to eldee's house . he was wearing this chinese opera mask and it makes me laugh like %$^&@$)%# ! wearing mask is so funny as it have only one expression even when you are laughing or crying , damn funny ! took bus to J8 to meet melvin . finally had our dinner at kim san leng coffeeshop , chicken rice rocks ! walked around J8 and went home . don't know why bus 13 took so long today ~ no choice but to take 88 instead . alright i shall say this march holiday is eventful ! so many things coming up ~

yesterday evening , went to jeremin and jonathnan's bbq at toa payoh block 1 . food was nice , but i didn't eat much . slacked around in the playground area with roy , eldee , han jie , pam soh , pearleen and ferlena while allip was playing 'catching' with the younger ones . overall the birthday bbq was successful overall , loves it ! . took bus home to take clothes and went to allip's house , played cards and chatted with them[ferlena and allip] for like 4 hours ? and finally rested for only 1 hour as i need to wake up and attend band practice . bored and super tired ! left his house when everyone is sleeping , felt weird .
band practice was nice , everyone was in tuned today . love the mood =) ! after band , sent scores for printing and headed to xinyi's house for karaoke , she was not at home when we reach so we had prata near her house for lunch . nice ! sang for 3 - 4 hours with grace and marie , dead . took bus home , SLACKED . fell asleep on and off , but i still manage to get this post updated , my responsibility !!

woke up at 7am today . washed up and went for band practice , combined for warm ups and we had 3 hour sectionals with gavin . although its a little dry , but still we managed to understand what are the commonly made mistakes . solved quite a lot of doubts with our running notes today thanks to him ! yeah ~ . after band went to meet ferlena and took bus 13 to tuition , starting from now , ferlena is my new tuition mate !
after tuition took bus to ang mo kio control to meet grace[band] , waited for marie to arrive and walked to ang mo kio plaza's kbox . its new and super nice ! i think the room is twice as big as the ones they have in cineleisure ? i love the lights that will change colors once in a while . took some pictures with those colored lightings ! started practicing , overall it ran smoothly , satisfied with how we sound in microphone . paid the bills and headed home . grace[band] has a big voice that makes me faints ! probably going to xinyi's house for the final sound check either on monday or wednesday .
there are about 15 whitleyans taking part in campus superstar this year , hopefully a few will stand out and make it into the top 20 =) . all the best for those who are taking part , we must do our school proud ! the pictures i took are as follows :

last day of term 1 .
not much teaching in curriculum time , as teachers are slacking too =X .
last period , got back my PPR[pupils progress report] , failed 2 out of 6 subjects . the results are as follows :
english language : 68
chinese : 54
mathematics : 48.3
science[phy , chem] : 53.9
combined humanities : 60
principles of accounts : 39
i'm posting my results out without hesitation as i want to see how much i've improved or deteriorate for mid year exam . so , carry on and laugh at my results all you want =) . after school dismissal , went to buy bubble tea and headed home . came online , slacked and made some picture testimonials and sent to some of my friends . there is band tomorrow , tuition after that and not forgetting kbox . going there for sound check , hopefully things will run well . excited and looking forward to it . its gonna be a long long day !

just reached home !
school ended at 2pm today , stayed back and finish up my chinese composition . accompanied ferlena back to her house to take her money , headed to J8 with ferlena and yunlin after that . bought new stationaries , 2 super nice black pens and one mini mechanical pencil . loves it ! allip joined us after that , went to night market[pasar malam] to find food . ended up eating ramly's burger , it rocks !! nothing much , went home after that .
i'm busy again =( .

okay . as what i've told myself moments ago , i shall have the discipline to blog =) . once again , due to my tiredness and laziness , i hasn't been updating . few days back was dead tired , feel so shagged . guess what ? i'm free from now[til next week] =) , my schedule is back to normal once again . i hope i'll blog often ! for now i'm preparing to update a long post , so i've got a cup of water on my left and my itunes is switched on , playing soothing music . i love evan's yo - wo ke yi . makes me 'fly' sometimes , well thats random . pardon me .
2nd march [friday] :
went straight home after school dismissal , reached home , packed my bag that is needed for the junior band camp and reported to school at 4.30pm . it was raining heavily , lucky my brother is at home , so he fetched me to school ! some camp briefing by guixiang and we went for sectionals , no juniors in my section can make it for the camp , its indeed disappointing . i was all along practicing our pieces and chit chatting with agnes , i love bonding times in band =) . dinner was served , we had :
fish fillet , fried rice , eggs = NICEST MEAL IN THE CAMP .
after dinner , proceed for combine . me and agnes was so bored in the room as we got no juniors to teach =( . she suggested to go out to have sectionals ourselves , so we did ! after 30mins of individuals , we joined sikai , walter and danial for chit chat session again . long time since we've last chatted . just then , mosee came to check on agnes and both of us were freaked out and pissed due to some of the things she said . whatever , its nothing nice . ask me if you wanna know . after sectionals , we had our shower ! nothing much happen except that there is water from the ceiling that keeps dripping on our shoulder when we bathe , makes everything a little eerie . showered and lights off[for the juniors] , had a debrief by jonathan and its our free time . spent the night resting at the staff room with fiona , grace , agnes , jinghan and nicholas . we spent time by playing heart attack , black jack[using sweets as tokens] , eating chips and chit chat . all of us slept at 3am .

3rd march [saturday] :
rise and shine at 6am . washed up , had P.T[physical training] conducted by jonathan . played captain's ball , loves it . i think playing game together as one can realli bring friendship closer ! after P.T i grab my stuffs and left school for C.I.P . met ferlena at 830am under her void deck , took a bus to salvation army to collect our bloody money bag . after we collected the bag , i bring ferlena to my place as i need to re-pack my bag . traveled to her house , slacked and watch television . had this super nice beehoon that her grandma cooked for breakfast , rocks ! allip came in the afternoon , as usual crapping and chit chatting like nobody's business . we are slackers , i've spent 4 hours plus at ferlena's house instead of going on streets to ask the public for donation . i don't know why i couldn't be bothered this time round either .
returned the bag back to the collection point[salvation army] , managed to get some donations thanks to ferlena's cousin who is kind enough to go door to door to ask for donations , while we slack at home . please do not get the wrong idea , we didn't force her , she did it because she was bored . i'm not that MEAN ! returned the bags , went to coffeeshop nearby school to have my 'dinner' around 5pm . minced pork noodles rocks ! shall eat there often if i have the chance again . walked back to school , simon was giving woodwinds some workshops that are realli useful . but i missed 1 hour of it =( . its sad that my juniors couldn't make it for the camp as there is so many things to learn unlike our times .
dinner was served as usual :
rice , chicken drum , fish cake and egg .
not very nice . but still ate it because i don't want to be starved at night . done with dinner , we proceed to night games , which the alumni had organized for us . not going to go into details as you guys will sleep if i carry on . truly , nothing memorable in this camp , everything is kinda expected . nothing impressive actually . after the night games , wash up and played captain ball like crazy until 1am . i went up to hall and sleep early while others are still having fun , not that im tired , but i got to attend amkss concert the next day . you can't expect me to sleep in their concert right ? thats so rude !

4th march [sunday] :
rise and shine , everyone slept until so late ! they are supposed to wake up and fall in at 630am for P.T , but most of them slept overshot , but no harm . the whole band slept late the previous night , except for me ? well whatever , i don't care . after light breakfast , prepared some mob and pails for spring cleaning in band room . left school at around 8.30am with fiona , she's leaving early too because she also got to attend amkss concert =) . i reached home around 10am , stayed online and check all my stuffs , didn't realli sleep . when i started sleeping , xian neng called =( . i don't know what am i talking on the phone when he called as i was half asleep , so i kinda agreed to meet at 3pm at amk control . met up with delwyn and xian neng , they brought me to kelly's house after that , met her boyfriend , lek kang as well . first time seeing them , anyway on the way from amk control to kelly's house was horrible . it rained so heavily again and roads were flooded , we got our shoes sinked into the water and whats worst ? delwyn brought kelly's dog along , felt kinda guilty because if i came a little earlier , it will not rain !
slacked at kelly's house and went to angeline's house to meet her . in the lift , something very fucked up happened , alright thats another LONG STORY , not gonna further explain . split into 2 cab and cabbed to singapore conference hall after meeting up with angeline . reached singapore conference hall and saw amkss band members having their dinner , we were early . walked around looking for food , we didn't realli find anything that is something like a dinner because shops like pastamania , starbucks along shenton way was all closed , probably its the last day of chinese new year ? everyone going home for their last reunion dinner .
searched high and low for food outlets , ended up having a pathetic bread for dinner[see picture below] . while on the journey walking back to singapore conference hall , we kinda lost . seek for directions , you know what ? we then realize that lau pa sat is so near the hall ! we were all pissed for spending so much money and having so little food at 7-11 . concert started and ended with a nice drum solo 'big fun in the sun' . trained back to amk after the concert to have supper with weiting , xian neng , delwyn , liwen , grace and tingyi . after supper , HOME .
